Welcome to CupidSOS.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CupidSOS mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account or using CupidSOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CupidSOS.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
- The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login information.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep your account information current.
- Protect your password and login credentials.
- Notify CupidSOS if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Use only your own account.
You may not create an account for another person without authorization.
3. Your Profile and Information
You are responsible for the information, photos, videos, prompts, voice recordings, and other content you add to your profile.
You agree that your profile information will be truthful and not misleading.
Do not include another person’s private information without permission.
4. Authenticity and Verification
CupidSOS may offer identity, liveness, photo, or other verification features.
Verification does not guarantee that a Member is who they claim to be, is trustworthy, or is safe.
You should use reasonable caution when communicating with or meeting other Members.
5. Interactions With Other Members
CupidSOS helps people discover and communicate with other Members.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members.
CupidSOS does not guarantee:
- The identity of any Member.
- The accuracy of a Member’s profile.
- The intentions or behavior of a Member.
- The safety of an interaction or meeting.
- That a Member is compatible with you.
- That a relationship will result from using CupidSOS.
Use good judgment and take appropriate precautions when communicating or meeting someone.
6. No False Information
You may not:
- Impersonate another person.
- Create a fake identity.
- Misrepresent your age.
- Misrepresent your relationship status.
- Use another person’s photos without permission.
- Provide intentionally false or misleading information.
- Create an account for someone else without authorization.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use CupidSOS to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person.
- Promote hate or discrimination.
- Engage in fraud or scams.
- Request money from Members through deceptive or abusive means.
- Promote illegal activities.
- Send spam or unauthorized commercial messages.
- Distribute malware or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CupidSOS.
- Scrape or collect Member information without authorization.
- Use CupidSOS for prostitution or illegal sexual services.
- Exploit or solicit minors.
- Circumvent security or verification systems.
- Use the Services in violation of applicable law.
8. Respectful Communication
CupidSOS is intended to provide a respectful environment for meeting and connecting with others.
Treat other Members with respect.
We may take action against accounts involved in harassment, abuse, threats, scams, fraud, or other behavior that violates these Terms.
9. Reporting and Blocking
CupidSOS may provide tools that allow you to report or block Members.
You should report suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe behavior through the available reporting tools or by contacting:

We may investigate reports and take action when appropriate.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to CupidSOS.
By submitting content, you grant CupidSOS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, improve, and promote the Services.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide the content.
CupidSOS may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
11. CupidSOS Content
The CupidSOS name, trademarks, logos, designs, software, technology, text, graphics, and other materials provided by CupidSOS are owned by or licensed to CupidSOS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit CupidSOS content without permission.
12. Cuper — AI Concierge
CupidSOS may provide an AI-powered assistant called Cuper.
Cuper may provide profile suggestions, conversation ideas, dating guidance, match-related assistance, and other features.
Cuper’s responses are generated using artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
Cuper is provided for general informational and dating-related assistance and is not professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use Cuper’s suggestions.
13. Cupid Academy and Third-Party Services
Cupid Academy may offer workshops, coaching sessions, courses, educational materials, events, and relationship resources.
Some Cupid Academy services may be provided by independent coaches, educators, instructors, speakers, organizations, or other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these providers are independent third parties and are not employees or agents of CupidSOS.
CupidSOS does not guarantee:
- A provider’s qualifications or credentials.
- The accuracy or quality of third-party content.
- The effectiveness of a workshop or coaching session.
- Any particular result or relationship outcome.
- The conduct or performance of an independent provider.
Cupid Academy content is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You may have a separate relationship with a third-party provider and may be subject to that provider’s own terms, fees, cancellation policies, and privacy practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CupidSOS is not responsible for claims, disputes, losses, damages, advice, services, representations, conduct, or omissions arising from independent third-party services.
14. Subscriptions and Paid Features
CupidSOS may offer subscriptions or other paid features.
Prices, features, subscription periods, and benefits may change.
Subscriptions may be billed through Apple, Google, or another authorized payment provider.
Your purchase may also be subject to the applicable app-store terms and payment-provider policies.
Subscription cancellation and refund rights may be governed by the applicable app store and applicable law.
15. CupidSOS Coins
CupidSOS may offer virtual currency called CupidSOS Coins.
CupidSOS Coins:
- Have no cash value.
- Are not money or legal tender.
- Are not financial assets.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be transferred outside CupidSOS.
- Cannot be sold or traded except where expressly permitted by CupidSOS.
CupidSOS does not offer cash rewards, cash-back, rebates, or monetary compensation through CupidSOS Coins.
Coin purchases may be processed through Apple, Google, or another authorized payment provider.
CupidSOS may change the price, availability, features, or use of Coins at any time, subject to applicable law.
Unused Coins may be forfeited following account termination for violations of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Promotions
CupidSOS may occasionally offer promotions, events, or special offers.
Additional terms may apply to particular promotions.
CupidSOS may modify or discontinue a promotion as permitted by applicable law.
17. Third-Party Services
CupidSOS may integrate with or rely on third-party services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
CupidSOS is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of independent third-party services.
18. Mobile Applications
CupidSOS may be available through third-party app stores.
Your use of the CupidSOS mobile application may also be subject to the applicable app-store terms.
If you download CupidSOS through Apple’s App Store, Google’s Google Play Store, or another platform, that platform is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for CupidSOS unless required by its applicable terms.
19. Privacy
Your use of CupidSOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how CupidSOS collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information.
20. Safety
CupidSOS is designed to help people connect, but no online dating or social platform can eliminate all risks.
You should:
- Take your time.
- Verify someone’s identity.
- Avoid sending money.
- Protect your personal information.
- Use video calls when appropriate.
- Meet in public places.
- Tell someone you trust about your plans.
- Report suspicious or abusive behavior.
Never send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, passwords, verification codes, or sensitive financial information to another Member.
21. No Background-Check Guarantee
CupidSOS does not guarantee that background checks, criminal-record checks, identity checks, or other screening procedures will identify every risk associated with a Member.
You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions.
22. No Guarantee of Matches
CupidSOS does not guarantee that you will receive matches, messages, dates, relationships, friendships, or any particular outcome.
23. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
24. Account Suspension or Termination
CupidSOS may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you:
- Violated these Terms.
- Violated applicable law.
- Provided false information.
- Engaged in fraud, abuse, harassment, or unsafe conduct.
- Created a risk to other Members or CupidSOS.
- Misused the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Certain provisions of these Terms may continue after termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
25. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
CupidSOS makes no warranties regarding:
- The availability of the Services.
- The accuracy or reliability of Member information.
- The conduct of Members.
- The success of matches.
- The availability or effectiveness of third-party services.
- Any particular relationship or dating outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CupidSOS and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
This includes, where permitted by law, claims arising from interactions or relationships with other Members or independent third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
27. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CupidSOS and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the Services.
- Your User Content.
- Your violation of another person’s rights.
- Your violation of applicable law.
- Your interactions with other Members or third-party providers.
28. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Where permitted by law, the parties may first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting CupidSOS at:

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
29. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the relationship between you and CupidSOS, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice when required by law.
Your continued use of CupidSOS after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
31. Electronic Communications
You agree that CupidSOS may communicate with you electronically regarding your account, transactions, Services, security, and other service-related matters.
Electronic communications may include emails, in-app notices, push notifications, and other electronic messages.
32. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to particular features or purchases, constitute the agreement between you and CupidSOS regarding your use of the Services.
