- Information relating to subscriptions, purchases, and CupidSOS Coins.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you use CupidSOS, certain information may be collected automatically, including:
- Device type and operating system.
- App version.
- IP address.
- General location derived from your IP address.
- Device identifiers and similar technical information.
- Usage information.
- Crash reports and diagnostics.
- Login dates, session information, and other technical activity.
We use this information to operate, maintain, secure, analyze, and improve the Services.

- Improve and analyze the Services.
You can control location permissions through your device settings. Disabling location access may affect certain CupidSOS features.

Information you place in your profile may be visible to other Members depending on your account settings and the features you use.
Because CupidSOS is a dating and social platform, some information you choose to provide may be considered sensitive personal information under applicable privacy laws. This may include information such as precise location, racial or ethnic information, sexual orientation, religious information, or other information that you voluntarily include in your profile.
Only provide information that you are comfortable sharing.
5. Messages and Communications
CupidSOS may collect and process messages, voice prompts, profile interactions, and other communications you send through the Services.
We may use this information to:
- Deliver communications.
- Provide and improve CupidSOS features.
- Detect spam, fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.

- Protect Members and the Services.
- Provide certain AI-assisted features.
Do not send sensitive information to another Member that you would not want that person to receive.
6. Compatibility Quiz and Dating Preferences
CupidSOS may collect information from compatibility quizzes, prompts, interests, preferences, and other dating-related features.
We use this information to:
- Calculate or improve compatibility.
- Recommend potential matches.
- Personalize your CupidSOS experience.
- Improve matching systems and features.
7. Cuper — AI Concierge
CupidSOS may provide an AI-powered assistant called Cuper.
Cuper may process information you provide through your interactions with the AI Concierge to provide responses, suggestions, profile assistance, conversation ideas, dating guidance, and other CupidSOS features.
Depending on the feature, Cuper may use information from your profile, preferences, prompts, or conversations with Cuper.
AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
Cuper is provided for general informational and dating-related assistance and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
8. Cupid Academy
Cupid Academy may provide workshops, coaching sessions, educational content, events, and relationship resources.
Some Cupid Academy services may be provided by independent coaches, educators, instructors, speakers, organizations, or other third parties.
When you register for or participate in a third-party Cupid Academy service, we may share information reasonably necessary to facilitate your participation, such as your name, contact information, registration information, or other information you provide for that service.
Third-party providers may have their own privacy policies and may independently collect and process information.
CupidSOS does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party providers.
9. Purchases, Subscriptions, and CupidSOS Coins
CupidSOS may offer subscriptions, paid features, and CupidSOS Coins, which are virtual items used within the Services.
CupidSOS Coins:
- Have no cash value.
- Are not money or legal tender.
- Are not financial assets.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be transferred outside CupidSOS.
- Are not intended to provide cash rewards, cash-back, rebates, or monetary compensation.
Purchases may be processed through Apple, Google, or other payment providers or app stores.
CupidSOS generally does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number when purchases are processed by those providers.
We may receive information such as transaction identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, product purchased, and other information necessary to provide purchased features and maintain our records.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
CupidSOS may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in.
- Remember preferences.
- Understand how the Services are used.
- Improve performance.
- Measure marketing effectiveness.
- Detect fraud and abuse.

Cupid Academy Providers

22. Do Not Track
Some browsers and devices provide “Do Not Track” signals.
Because there is currently no universally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, CupidSOS may not respond to such signals unless required by applicable law.
